Workforce Development Centres
LTA Workforce Development Centres (WDCs) sit at the heart of tennis and padel coach and official education in Great Britain.
Each WDC has the responsibility of running courses in their assigned counties. This includes delivering qualifications (Levels 1-3), workshops, Coach Forums, first aid courses, and safeguarding courses.
Having a WDC deliver courses locally means that they can tailor the courses on offer to coaches in their region. A WDC’s role is to provide dedicated support to coaches and officials in their area and provide local, expert training for current and aspiring coaches.
