We're here to help!

The LTA Customer Support Centre was, designed, built, and tested based on feedback from our customers. It will enable you to find the answer to common queries online and raise enquiries with our Customer Support team when you require further support.

The Customer Support Team is here to help with enquiries Monday to Friday. We aim to respond to all enquires within 3-5 working days. Please be aware that with some enquires we may take longer.

In addition to the Customer Support Team, other help is available through the LTA Regional Team and National, County & Island Associations. Details on what help is available and how to access it is outlined below:
