Coach Development Centre
LTA Coach Development Centre (CDCs) sit at the heart of tennis and padel coach education in Great Britain.
Each CDC has the responsibility of running courses in their assigned counties. This includes delivering qualifications (Levels 1-3), workshops, Coach Forums, first aid courses, and safeguarding courses.
Having a CDC deliver courses locally means that they can tailor the courses on offer to coaches in their region. A CDC’s role is to provide dedicated support to coaches in their area and provide local, expert training for current and aspiring coaches.
