10U Performance Network

10U Performance Network update
The 10U Performance Network is strategically integral to the Regional Performance Stage of the LTA Player Pathway. Its purpose is to increase the number and quality of young players inspired, informed, and ready to meet the demands of the National Performance Stage.
From September 2026, the 10U Performance Network will consist of two levels of centres:
- 10U Performance Programmes – Enhanced (10U PP-E)
- 10U Performance Programmes (10U PP)
Please see the 10U Performance Network Investment Guide and information below for further details.
We are now inviting applications for both levels of centres ahead of the launch in September 2026, with applications closing on 22 February 2026.
The current 10U Performance Programme network will continue to operate as normal until the end of August 2026, but all existing 10U Performance Programmes, as well as new applicants, will need to apply to be considered for one of the two levels of centres from September 2026.
What does this mean?
- Applications are open for venues and programmes wishing to join the new network from September 2026.
- Applications close at midnight on February 22nd 2026.
- Centres can apply for either 10U PP-E or 10U PP status.
- All existing 10U Performance Programmes will be asked to apply to be considered for one of the two levels of centres from September 2026.
Full application details and timelines are found within the 10U Performance Network Investment Guide:
The 10U Performance Programmes have been recognised by the LTA and County Associations as operators that are able to offer high quality training environments.
Whilst these programmes may deliver across all ages and standards, this status is with particular reference to their 10U performance programme.
It acknowledges their hard work, dedication, and track record in developing some of the best players in the country at 10U, alongside their aspirations to create the best 10U performance programmes across Great Britain.
These programmes have access to a high level of support, facilitated by one of the LTA’s 10U National Pathway Coaches.
It's our hope that this network, which comprises of 62 of the most capable 10U Performance Programmes across England and Wales, will play a pivotal role in the early-stage development of aspiring performance players and, ultimately, the long term success of British tennis.
