Elite Programme

The Wheelchair Performance Pathway (WCPP) Elite Programme is for our highest performing players who are achieving major tournament success and have the potential to consistently win Grand Slam titles and Paralympic Medals. Players on this programme will have transitioned from the Pro Scholarship Programme and will be full time athletes with a world ranking inside the top seven.
Support can include financial assistance, national training, remote support, medical and travel insurance, camps, individual development planning and tournament support.
- Programme support (financial)
- NTC based national training and remote support which includes access to coaching, S&C and physio, psychology support, performance lifestyle, strength & conditioning, medical, nutrition, and performance analysis
- Advice on training and competition plans
- A Case Manager to lead on the player’s Individual Development Plan
- Medical insurance
- Travel insurance
- GB and overseas camps
- Tournament support at Grand Slam and Super Series events
