Tennis Fitness: Get in to win
With more and more people getting back to the court, or taking up tennis for the first time, we’re helping players of all ages and abilities improve their tennis fitness. LTA’s expert coach Isla Smith has created a series of easy-to-follow tennis-specific fitness workouts, that you can take part in at home or outdoors.
