Running competitions and submitting results
Running competitions at your venue and submitting the results benefits your venue and your players.
Tennis and padel competitions help players feel a sense of purpose and progression and provide social interaction and fun. Showcasing active competition can highlight your venue’s vibrant community - boosting retention and attracting new players.
By submitting results you’ll be providing valuable data to help better shape competition experiences for the future and to drive WTN accuracy.
We have a number of resources and tools available to help you run competitions at your venue and to make it easy to submit the results to us.
Running a Box League competition at your venue is a great way to provide your players with regular, competitive matches. You can run singles or doubles competitions, or perhaps even both!
To make it easy to set up your leagues and submit the results, we’ve developed a Box League Manager tool. Box Leagues can be set up so that players can enter online and submit their match results - reducing the admin burden for the league organiser.

Once access has been granted (you’ll receive a confirmation email) log into the Competition Management System and select the ‘Box League Manager’ option on the left hand side of the Home screen.

A Club Championships competition is a great way to engage the players at your tennis or padel venue, and gives everyone the opportunity to battle it out to become club champion.
You can set up the draw and then get players to arrange their own matches, culminating in a fantastic finals day at your venue.
If you’ve already hosted your 2025 Club Championships you can still submit the results. The simplest way to do this is by using our free Results Manager tool – you can apply for access here:

Once access has been granted, you’ll receive a confirmation email which will allow you to log into the Competition Management System and select the ‘Results Manager’ option on the left hand side of the home screen.
You can then create a new event for your Club Championships, add the matches* and their scores and submit the results straight to us. They’ll appear immediately on all players’ profiles and will feed through to the ITF World Tennis Number (note that this does not apply to participants in padel competitions).
*It is only possible to submit a match result if both players have an LTA Advantage number. However, you can submit as many of the matches from your Club Championships that meet this criteria, and just leave out the ones that don’t.

Submit results from any competitions at your tennis or padel venue, including Box Leagues, Club Championships, or any other competitions you’ve delivered in 2025, and you could win a fantastic prize pack for your venue.
