Running competitions and submitting results

We’re here to help you run tennis and padel competitions at your local venue.
Competitions are a fun, social way to attract new players, engage your current members and grow the community at your venue. They help your players progress their skills, meet new people and get active on court playing competitive matches.
You can then submit the results online – improving the accuracy of their WTN and providing valuable data to help better shape competition experiences for the future.
We have several resources and tools available to help you run competitions at your venue and to make it easy to submit the results to us.
New from 1 January 2026:
We all want to ensure competitions are fun, inclusive and safe which is why all grade 6-7 competitions, Play Your Way to Wimbledon and Team Challenge must be delivered by either an LTA Licenced Official or LTA Accredited Coach.
Membership of either scheme demonstrates to your members, players and parents a commitment to ensuring a safe and inclusive competition environment. Licenced Officials and Accredited Coaches are regularly police checked and safeguarding trained and have access a host of resources and support.
Running a Box League competition at your venue is a great way to provide your players with regular, competitive matches. You can run singles or doubles competitions, or even both.
To make it easy to set up your leagues and submit the results, we’ve developed a Box League Manager tool. Box Leagues can be set up so that players can enter online and submit their match results - reducing the admin burden for the league organiser.
You can apply for free access using our short application form:
Apply for Box League Manager access
Once access has been granted (you’ll receive a confirmation email) log into the Competition Management System and select the ‘Box League Manager’ option on the left hand side of the Home screen.
To set up your Box League competition just follow the instructions in our quick start guide:

Hosting a Club Championships competition gives everyone at your venue the opportunity to battle it out to become club champion.
You can set up the draw and then get players to arrange their own matches, culminating in a fantastic finals day at your venue.
If you’ve already hosted your 2025 Club Championships you can still submit the results. The simplest way to do this is by using our free Results Manager tool – you can apply for access here:
Apply for Results Manager access
Once access has been granted, you’ll receive a confirmation email which will allow you to log into the Competition Management System and select the ‘Results Manager’ option on the left hand side of the home screen.
You can then create a new event for your Club Championships, add the matches* and their scores and submit the results straight to us. They’ll appear immediately on all players’ profiles and will feed through to the ITF World Tennis Number (note that this does not apply to participants in padel competitions).
*It is only possible to submit a match result if both players have an LTA Advantage number. However, you can submit as many of the matches from your Club Championships that meet this criteria, and just leave out the ones that don’t.
Further information on how to use Results Manager can be found using our helpful guide:
Submit results from any competitions at your tennis or padel venue, including Box Leagues, Club Championships, or any other competitions you’ve delivered in 2025, and you could win a fantastic prize pack for your venue.
All you need to do is ensure you’ve submitted results to us using either Results Manager, Box League Manager, or Tennis Tournament Planner, by 30 November 2025, and you’ll be entered into a draw to win a prize pack that includes balls from Pro:Direct, wine from Nyetimber and Journey’s End, and small electrical appliances from Haier.
