Madison Keys has already picked up three trophies on the surface and will be fired up to add another to her collection heading into the grass court season this summer.
Keys is returning to the South Coast in search of a third Lexus Eastbourne Open trophy as part of her preparation for her 12th Wimbledon appearance in July.
We break down Keys’ history on grass courts and look back at some of her past results and successes.
Keys’ best grass court results
Keys has three grass court titles to her name, picking up her first two WTA titles early in her career - 2014 in Eastbourne, then at the Edgbaston Priory Club in Birmingham in 2016.
The American's most recent win came again at Devonshire Park where she won the Lexus Eastbourne Open in 2023.
During her trophy run, she defeated lucky losers Tereza Martincova and Petra Martic as well as qualifier Xiyu Wang in the opening rounds.
Keys then faced compatriot and fifth seed Coco Gauff in the semis before seeing off ninth seed Daria Kasatkina to take the crown.
Keys also reached the quarter-finals of Wimbledon for the first time in 2015 before doing so again in 2023 following her title win in Eastbourne.

Keys’ 2025 grass court season
Keys competed in three grass court tournaments last year, with greatest success coming on British soil.
She kicked her grass court season off with a semi-final run at the HSBC Championships where she lost to eventual winner Tatjana Maria.
Keys then lost out in the opening round of the Berlin Open, bowing out in straight sets to 2023 Wimbledon champion Marketa Vondrousova.
She finished off her season at The Championships where she was seeded six. However, an upset in round three ended her run - world No.104 Laura Siegemund won 6-3, 6-3.
What is Keys’ biggest grass court win?
Keys’s biggest win on grass came in the Berlin Open in 2021 against the top seed and then world No.4 Aryna Sabalenka. The American, who was ranked 28 at the time, came through in three sets 6-4, 1-6, 7-5.
