Where can I access with my ticket?

Andy Murray Arena tickets provide spectators with an allocated seat in the Andy Murray Arena (previously known as Centre Court), alongside access to all practice and match courts, including the unreserved seating at Court 1.

Ground admission tickets provide spectators access to all practice and match courts, including the unreserved seating at Court 1, except for the Andy Murray Arena.

In 2025, the ATP and WTA introduced a new approach to Free Fan Movement across all their tour events around the world.

Depending on where you’re sat, you will have either Free, Limited or Restricted movement during matches to enter and leave the arena.

There are three zones of movement – Green, Orange and Red – which indicate when you can move from and to your seat:

• Green (Free movement):No restrictions. You can move at any time during a match. However please be considerate of other fans, especially when passing in front of people sat on your row.
• Orange (Limited movement):You can only move after each game (including after the first game of a set and before a tie break). Please be considerate of other fans, including when you enter and leave the stands.
• Red (Restricted movement):You can only move at a change of ends or set breaks. This is the same approach that has been used across the whole stadium in previous years.

What to expect

• Mobile ticket: download your ticket on the LTA Courtside app beforehand and keep your phone charged for easy access.

• Sun protection: protect your skin while watching the tennis with sun cream, sun hat and sunglasses.
• Re-usable water bottle: there are several free BRITA Hydration Stations around the grounds.
• Re-usable coffee cup: all coffee outlets at the HSBC Championships accept re-usable cups.

We want the HSBC Championships to be as welcoming, inclusive and accessible as possible, working within the restrictions of a temporary outdoor venue.

There is no specific dress code at the tournament. As the HSBC Championships is an outdoor event you are advised to dress appropriately for the elements.

If there is less than 60 non-consecutive minutes’ play on the court the ticket holder’s ticket gives access to (Andy Murray Arena if an Andy Murray Arena Ticket, or, in the case of a Ground Admission, the applicable “Match Courts”) with play occurring at the same time on different courts only being counted once, you may claim a refund to the full face value of the ticket in the form of credit to your LTA Ticketing Account (unless you notify the LTA otherwise).

Please note, play occurring at the same time on different courts is only counted once towards the total minutes.

For example, if both courts 1 and 5 had 20 minutes worth of a match going on from 12:00 - 12:20, this would only count as 20 minutes.

Whereas, if court 1 had 20 minutes of a match from 12:00 - 12:20, and then court 5 had 20 minutes of a match from 12:30 - 12:50, this would count as 40 minutes.

This credit will remain on your LTA Ticketing Account for a period of up to 3 years from the date of the refund and may be used towards payment from any future purchase of tickets to LTA events.

Unfortunately, there is no left luggage facility on site.

You can bring in a maximum of one bag per person (no larger than 40cm x 30cm x 30cm) and one small item per person (no larger than 20cm x 15cm x 15cm).

For your safety, all bags are subject to inspection by our security team and are brought to the tournament at the owner’s risk. Please do not leave any bags unattended, or anywhere they could cause a security scare, and never agree to look after anyone else’s bags.

Please note that whilst prams and strollers are permitted into the grounds, they are not permitted in the grandstand seating and cannot be left unattended.

Free public Wi-Fi hotspots are located in all cafés and bars at the tournament.

If you wish to leave and re-enter the grounds you will need to collect a wristband from a Security team member on exiting the grounds. Please be aware you will be handed a wristband only when leaving the venue and not before.

In order to be re-admitted you will need to show both the wristband and a valid ticket. You will be subject to a bag search when re-entering the venue.

If you are not planning on re-entering the site, please make a member of the gate team aware on your departure. Your ticket will be scanned “out” and will be added back onto general sale for the remainder of the day at a reduced price. Any profits made from the re-sale of your ticket will go to the LTA Tennis Foundation.

Tickets bought and sold from or by an unauthorised agent or individual above face value are in breach of our terms and conditions and therefore the tickets may be cancelled, and you will not gain entry into the grounds.

The HSBC Championships is a cashless event with all outlets accepting credit and debit card payments.

There are no cash machines located within the grounds.

General lost property will be taken to the North Stand info point. For any items lost in the stands, please ask an Event Steward or Volunteer, or visit the Info point to the rear of the North Stand.

All lost property will be retained for the duration of the HSBC Championships. Any items not collected during this period will be disposed of. Please note that all items must be collected from the event site.

First Aid and medical provision will be provided for spectators.

You can pre-order your copy online when you buy your tickets, which you can collect when you arrive on the day. Or, if you've already secured your seats for the action, programmes will be available to buy on-site throughout the tournament.

Your safety and security are very important to us. Our security plans are regularly reviewed to ensure they remain in line with the latest threat level and recommendations from the Metropolitan Police and our security advisors.

We have a range of measures in place to keep you safe and secure. These include extensively trained security staff, bag and wand searches, search dogs, and monitored CCTV, as well as other less visible measures.

During the tournament, we would ask everyone arriving to remain patient, follow the instructions given by our Security Stewards, and allow plenty of time for entry checks. Don’t risk bringing items or baggage that won’t be allowed into the grounds.

Security at our tournaments

Our Event Stewards are spread all over the tournament grounds. They are there to help you enjoy your visit and keep you safe.

We are also working closely with the Metropolitan Police to deliver a safe and secure event. Don’t be surprised if you see police officers when you visit us. Feel free to speak to them if you have any concerns or just to say hello.

We hope you have a fantastic day at the HSBC Championships, but if you do see something that doesn't look right please tell the closest Steward or police officer who will be more than happy to help.

We're working closely with the Met Police as part of their Project Servator at the HSBC Championships.

We deploy a range of measures to keep this area safe – some you can see, and others you might not.
