Pay benefits
The annual discretionary bonus scheme is based on the performance of the organisation and individual, subject to meeting the set criteria in force at the time.
The cafe offers a wide range of nutritious hot and cold meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner along with a selection of drinks and snacks. All foods can be purchased by colleagues at a discounted rate.
We offer enhanced maternity, shared parental and adoption pay for the first 16 weeks of leave on full pay (followed by Statutory Pay for the remaining 23 weeks). Paternity leave's also paid at an enhanced rate of full pay for two weeks.
Annual leave entitlement is 25 days plus all UK Public Holidays for all full-time colleagues.

Staff benefits
We encourage our colleagues to ride a bike to work and we're a member of the Government's Cycle to Work Scheme, 'Cyclescheme'.
You're permitted to park at the National Tennis Centre free of charge. There are also bike racks available to securely store your bicycle.
You have free use of the gym and tennis courts at the National Tennis Centre. You can book the tennis courts through reception. Towels are also available to borrow at reception.
It's important to us that you have flexible working options. We want you to feel comfortable working for the LTA and be able to maintain a positive work-life balance. We therefore offer a range of different flexible/hybrid working patterns.
The LTA appreciate the invaluable contributions made by all colleagues. As a result they have Long Service Awards in place that recognises when an employee has reached their 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th and 30th year of service.
