Free parking and bike racks
You are permitted to park at the NTC free of charge. There are also bike racks available to securely store your bicycle
Family friendly leave
We offer enhanced maternity, shared parental and adoption pay for the first 16 weeks of leave on full pay (followed by Statutory Pay for the remaining 23 weeks). Paternity leave is also paid at an enhanced rate of full pay for two weeks
From your first day of employment, you will be covered for Life Assurance provided by Canada Life
Free use of gyms and tennis courst at NTC
You have free use of the gym and tennis courts at the NTC. You can book the tennis courts through reception. Towels are also available to borrow at reception

Annual leave entitlement is 25 days plus all UK Public Holidays for all full-time colleagues
Season ticket loan
Once you have passed your probationary period, a season ticket loan of up to £5,000 is available

The LTA appreciate the invaluable contribution made by all colleagues. As a result they have Long Service Awards in place that recognises when an employee has reached their 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th and 30th year of service
