2 MINUTE READ

Coach Conference.jpg

Tennis or padel coaching is a fun, exciting and highly rewarding way for people of all ages and abilities to get more involved in the game – but where do you get started?

We have a range of courses and qualifications available for anyone who is thinking of getting started in coaching, designed to help you work on your foundational skills and give you an insight into the role of a tennis or padel coach.

From these, you can go on to undertake further qualifications or training to specialise more in grassroots tennis, performance tennis or coaching a specific audience such as youth, adults or disability.

We have four different entry points into coaching - each targeted at different people:

  • LTA Youth Tennis Leaders (young people aged 11-18)
  • Pre-LTA Assistant (women)
  • LTA Assistant (Level 1)
  • LTA Padel Instructor
