Hewett and Reid win 60th doubles title; Patten finishes runner-up in Miami
There was plenty of British interest in the Miami Open finals this weekend.
It was a milestone weekend for Alfie Hewett and Gordon Reid, with the British duo lifting a historic 60th doubles title together at the Hard Rock Stadium.
The British pair stormed past Spain’s Daniel Caverzaschi and Martin De la Puente 6-2, 6-0 in the final to seal their second title of the 2026 season.
Earlier that day, Hewett also lifted the singles title after beating world No.1 Tokito Oda 6-1, 6-4 - just one week on from his runner-up finish at the Cajun Classic.

Meanwhile, Henry Patten missed out on lifting his fourth title of the season as he and Harri Heliovaara fell short in the men’s doubles final on Saturday.
The pair sprinted to the final without dropping a set but couldn’t continue their form against the seventh seeds Simone Bolelli and Andrea Vavassori, with the two-time Grand Slam winning pair losing 6-2, 6-3.
The pair are 17-2 in matches this year and will be looking to continue their exceptional run of form as they kick-start their clay court campaign.
Dudeney seals back-to-back wins while Searle claims first pro-title
Alicia Dudeney continued her excellent run, securing back-to-back titles with victory at the W15 Monastir.
She did not drop a set en route to the final and edged a tight contest against Malaika Rapolu 7-6(4), 7-6(4) to claim her fifth career ITF singles title - lifting her to a new career-high ranking of No.405.
There was also a milestone moment for Henry Searle, who claimed his first professional title at the M15 Heraklion. The former junior Wimbledon champion dropped just one set all week before cruising past Jan Kumstat 6-2, 6-2 in the final.
Millen Hurrion added to the British success in Monastir, battling through a trio of three-set matches before defeating Hungary’s Peter Makk 2-6, 6-3, 6-2 to secure his second ITF singles title.
Emile Hudd completed the singles sweep with victory at the M15 Tsukuba, overcoming Japan’s Shinji Hazawa 6-4, 4-6, 6-0 to capture his first professional title.
Four more doubles titles for Brits
British players also enjoyed a strong week in the doubles, collecting four titles across the ITF circuit.

Mika Stojsavljevic led the way, partnering Vendula Valdmannova to claim her second pro-level doubles title with victory over all-British pair Madeleine Brooks and Amelia Rajecki.
Stojsavljevic - who is set to join up with the Lexus GB Billie Jean King Cup team in Australia next week - and Valdmannova, beat Brooks and Rajecki 7-6(4), 4-6, 10-4 in the final.
James Beaven teamed up with Italy's Gabriele Volpi to win the M25 Saint-Dizier title without dropping a set. The pair came through a tight final battle against French duo Pierre Antoine Faut and Elijah Sanogo 7-6(11), 6-4.
Over in America, Oliver Okonkwo and American Billy Suarez won the M25 Las Vegas crown - beating Daniel Milavsky and Jack Vance 6-4, 6-3.
Finally, James Markiewicz joined forces with Tom Zeuch to win the M15 event in Altamura, after fighting back from a set down to beat Nicolas Parizzia and Flynn Thomas 6-7(4), 6-4, 12-10. This marked Markiewicz’s first professional title of his career.
