After the match Cash spoke of how much it meant to play in front of a home crowd as well as alluding to the fast start they've made to the grass court season.
“Unbelievable to be out on this court. It’s really nice to play at home and to actually have family and friends come along to support is really special.
“Huge shoutout to the team as well in the corner. Never easy playing on grass, especially in the wind so thanks for keeping us level-headed - we appreciate all the support.
“It’s been a great year so far and it’s really nice to start the grass court season off strong, hopefully we can push on to a good run at Wimbledon and I hope many of you are there to support us along the way."
Glasspool was full of praise for the tournament as he hopes to be back in the future while also commending their opponents fo an impressive week in West London.
“First off, I definitely want to thank HSBC and the LTA for running such a great event this week. It’s probably one of my favourite weeks of the year so I really hope I can come back here for many years to come.
"I thought it was a good match all round, It’s always tough playing you guys but congrats on the success as well.”
The pair - who knocked out second seeds and reigning Wimbledon champions Henry Patten and Harri Heliovaara in three sets in the semi-finals – dropped just two sets on their route to the title at The Queen’s Club.

Meanwhile, Venus – who won the title last year with Brit Neal Skupski – and Mektic joined forces in October 2024 and won their first title together in Auckland earlier this year.
They defeated top seeds Marcelo Arévalo and Mate Pavić as well as all-British duo Cam Norrie and Jacob Fearnley on their way to the championship match.
“It was a great atmosphere to play in” Venus said. “Congrats Lloyd and Jules, you guys were too good today and were playing great last week also so all the best with Wimbledon coming up.”
After an early break scare, the Brits remained solid behind their serve – winning all 19 points behind their first serve. They were rewarded with a break point to go up 5-3, before consolidating to take a one set advantage.
The fourth seeds fought hard to take the lead in the second but were immediately broken back by the Kiwi, Croatian pair as the set raced towards a tie-break.
It was Venus and Mektic who shifted into the lead after winning four straight points. Despite crawling back a mini break and saving three set points, Cash and Glasspool couldn’t pull the momentum in their direction, as they opponents drew level on their fourth set point.
With the title in touching distance for both teams, it was the fourth seeds who turned up the dial in the match deciding tie-break. The all-British pair went on to claim a second mini break before Glasspool smashed out an unreturned serve to give the clinch the victory.
Cash and Glasspool will now head to the Lexus Eastbourne Open before returning to SW19 where the Brits will bid for the men's doubles crown at The Championships, Wimbledon. They’ll face fellow British pair Charles Broom and Joshua Paris in their opening match in Eastbourne.
