Tennis beginnings
Cash first started playing when he was seven years-old at Wickwoods Country Club, just five minutes down the road from where he lived.
He always enjoyed spending his weekends down at the club playing with his friends and quickly picked up a love for the sport and how challenging it was.
As a junior, Cash won the Junior National Championships in 2012 and rose as high as 68 on the ITF Junior Tour - qualifying for Junior Wimbledon in 2013 and 2014.
Off-court
Cash is a sport fanatic - when he's not playing tennis, you'll find him on the golf course or playing a game of padel.
While travelling on tour, he likes to explore cities and catching up on the latest series on Netflix.

- Won his first title of the year at the ATP 500 event in Japan alongisde fellow Brit Lloyd Glasspool, defeating Ariel Behar and Robert Galloway 6-4, 4-6, 12-10 in the final
- Finished runners-up at the Winston Salem Open, losing out to Nathaniel Lammons and Jackson Withrow 6-4, 6-3
- Won his second ATP title at the Mallorca Championships alongside Robert Galloway, after they defeated Alejandro Tabilo and Diego Hidalgo 6-4, 6-4 in the final
- Lifted the Lexus Surbiton Trophy with Galloway - taking down Nicolas Barrientos and Deigo Hidalgo 6-4, 6-4 to claim the crown
- Won the BNP Paribas Primrose title with Galloway after defeating Quentin Halys and Nicholas Mahut 6-3, 7-6(2)
- Lifted his first ATP-level title alongside Galloway at the Delray Beach Open, beating Neal Skupski and Santiago Gonzalez 5-7, 7-5, 10-2 in the final

November
There was no stopping Cash in November, who teamed up with Nikola Mektic for the Sofia Open. The British, Croatian pair enjoyed a strong run to the final but eventually missed out on the title to Gonzalo Escobar and Aleksandr Nedovyesov, 6-3, 3-6, 13-11.
From there, Cash went on to partner Dutchman Bart Stevens at the Danderyd Challenger, where the pair lifted the title. After easing through their opening two matches, Cash and Stevens defeated Jeevan Nedunchezhiyan and Viyjay Sundar Prashanth in three sets - marking the Brit's fifth title of the season.
Cash reached a career-high ranking of doubles world No.47.
October
Cash teamed up with American Robert Galloway at the Mouilleron-Le-Captif Challenger in France, where the pair clinched their first title together.
Cash and Galloway battled past Maxime Cressy and Otto Virtanen 6-4, 5-7, 12-10 in the final to lift the silverware.
The pair then made it back-to-back Challenger titles after they ousted Andrew Harris and John Patrick-Smith 7-5, 6-2 to claim the Malaga Open title.
From there, the Brit teamed up with India's Yuki Bhambri for the BNP Paribas Nordic Open where the pair narrowly missed out on the title to Andrey Golubev and Denys Molchanov, 7-6(8), 6-2.
However, Cash and Bhambri soon clinched victory the following week at the Brest Challenger, after defeating Albano Olivetti and Robert Galloway 6-7, 6-3, 10-5 in the final to seal the title.
August
On their US Open debut, Cash and Paten made it through to the third round, where they eventually lost to sixth seeds Rohan Bopanna and Matthew Ebden 6-4, 6-7(5), 7-6 [10-6].
Cash and Patten reunited in August for the Golden Gate Open Challenger where the British duo finished runners-up to Diego Hidalgo & Cristian Rodriguez after losing out 6-7(1), 6-4, 10-8 in the final.
July
Cash then joined up with fellow Brit Luke Johnson for Wimbledon men's doubles, where they bowed out in the opening round to Argentinian duo Maximo Gonzalez and Andres Molteni 5-7, 6-4, 6-3.
June
Cash and Patten then headed to the Lexus Surbiton Trophy, a year on from when they picked up their first of 10 ATP Challenger titles in 2022.
The all-British duo enjoyed a strong run to the semi-final before being forced to give a walkover to fellow British pair Liam Broady and Jonny O'Mara.
May
Cash and Patten enjoyed a run to the semi-final of the Sardegna Open, but just missed out on a spot in the final to Argentinian duo Maximo Gonzalez and Andres Molteni, 6-3, 6-3
April
Cash and Patten then finished runners-up at the U.S Men’s Clay Court Championships in Houston in what was their first final of the year. After a nail-biting victory over Robert Galloway and Miguel Angel Reyes-Varela 6-7(6), 7-6(4), 10-5 in the semi-finals, the Brits just fell short of the title, despite winning the first set against Max Purcell and Jordan Thompson, losing out 4-6, 6-4, 10-5.
Carrying on their form from the previous week, the British doubles duo added an 11th ATP Challenger title to their collection at the Sarasota Challenger. The top seeds cruised to the title without losing a set - defeating Argentinian duo Guido Andreozzi and Guillermo Duran 7-6(4), 6-4 in the final to clinch the trophy.
March
Cash teamed up with Germany's Constantin Frantzen for the first timee at the Pau Challenger in France. The two edged two match tie-breaks to make it to the final but fell just short in a third consecutive tie-break against Dan Added and Albano Olivetti in the final - losing 3-6, 6-1, 10-8.
Cash and Patten then reunited to enjoy a run to the semi-final of the Phoenix Challenger, where they knocked out reigning US Open champions Joe Salisbury and Rajeev Ram in the quarter-final. The all-British duo faced American pairing Jackson Withrow and Nathaniel Lammons in the semis, where they bowed out in a 6-7, 6-4, 10-4 defeat.
February
Cash and Patten went on to reach the quarter-final of the ATP 250 Delray Beach event. After a tough battle against Robert Galloway and John-Patrick Smith, the Brits marginally missed out on a place in the semi-final in a 6-2, 6-7(4), (16-14) defeat.
January
Cash and Patten made it to the semi-final of the Maharashtra Open before losing out to the home favourites.
The pair won on their Australian Open debut to reach the second round, where they eventually bowed out to Matwe Middelkoop and Robin Haase 6-4, 7(8)-6.
December
Cash and Patten picked up their tenth ATP Challenger doubles title in Maia at the beginning of December.
The British duo breezed through to the semi-finals where they clinched a 7-5, 4-6, (10-4) win over Lukasz Kubot and Szymon Walkow before defeating Portugal's Nuno Borges and Francisco Cabral in the finals 6-3, 3-6, (10-8).
Cash now ends his year at a career-high of world No. 70.
November
Another week and another title as the Brits reached seven Challengers on the season in Charlottesville, where they crusied to a 6-2, 6-4 final win over doubles specialists Alex Lawson and Artem Sitak.
Cash and Patten then went on to compete in Drummondville, where they picked up yet another trophy, after defeating compatriots Giles Hussey and Arthur Fery 6-3, 6-3 in the final. This win saw the British duo clinch their eighth Challenger title of the season.
The British duo broke the Challenger record for most doubles titles one by a team in a single season with a nineth trophy at the Andria Challenger.
October
Cash and Patten equalled the all-time record for ATP Challenger titles by a British team – joining Jonathan Marray and Jamie Delgado – after lifting the title at the Fairfield Challenger.
Only a week later, they broke the record with another trophy at the Las Vegas Challenger - battling past Constantin Frantzen and Reese Stadler 6-4, 7-6(1) in the final.
September
Staying State-side, the British team clinch a fourth ATP Challenger trophy in Columbus. The top seeds didn’t drop a set en route to the title, defeating fellow Brit Broom and Germany’s Constantin Frantzen 6-2, 7-5 in the final.
August
In yet another first, Cash and Patten won their first hard court Challenger event in Granby – their third on the season – finishing with a dominant 6-3, 6-2 win against Jonathan Eysseric and Artem Sitak.
July
The pair made their Wimbledon doubles debut in a 7-6)5), 6-4, 6-4 loss to Santiago Gonzalez and Andres Molteni.
The following week they secured yet another ITF crown, this time at the M25 Roehampton.
June
Playing in their first ATP Challenger tournament, Cash and Patten stormed to victory at the Surbiton Trophy. The pair won the biggest title of their careers with a comeback win against Aleksandr Nedovyesov and Aisam Qureshi 4-6, 6-3, 11-9.
The duo almost made it two from two at the Rothesay Open Nottingham, but narrowly lost out in a final classic to Jonny O’Mara and Ken Skupski 6-3, 2-6, 16-14.
It was back to winning ways at the Ilkley Trophy as Cash and Patten wrapped up their second Challenger and grass court title with a straight sets win over Ramkumar Ramanathan and John-Patrick Smith.
April & May
April saw Cash team up with fellow Brit Henry Patten for the first time, with the duo hitting instant success with three back-to-back doubles trophies at the M25 Nottingham series. Cash and Patten went on a 12-match winning streak to the loss of just one set in the final of their last of the three titles – defeating Omar Jasika and Eden Leshem 6-3, 5-7, 10-2 to seal the hat-trick.
The titles continued to roll in for Cash as he banked another ITF doubles trophy with Charles Broom at the M15 Heraklion, taking down Mark Whitehouse and Gabriele Bosio 7-5, 6-4 in the final.
March
A successful spell in India culminated in another doubles title for Cash, this time with Arjun Kadhe at the M15 Bengaluru.
January
Cash enjoyed a successful start to the season on home soil, joining forces with Germany’s Lucas Gerch to win the M25 Roehampton men’s doubles title – beating Anton Matusevich and Joshua Paris 6-4, 6-3.
