Welsh National Championships - Day one round-up

The first day of the Welsh National Tennis and Padel Championships saw champions crowned in the under-8, under-10 singles, and under-18 mixed doubles events.
As the sun shone down on Penarth the under-8s competition was won by at Windsor LTC Penarth Rosie Morgan of Tennis Squad, while the boy’s title went to Fletcher Davies of RPDC/Swansea Academy.

Meanwhile, in boy’s the under-10s competition at Penarth Lawn Tennis Club the silverware went to Charlie Newman of Tennis Squad and Windsor LTC Penarth, while Elin Lewis of Wales RPDC/Swansea Academy lifted the trophy in the girls event.

Back at Penarth LTC Windsor the mixed under-18 doubles winners were Katie Savill and Even Lendrum.
