For Coaches and Officials, a DBS which has been approved through the Status Check form must be used within 12 months of issue to join LTA Accreditation or Officials Licensing.

Once an individual is Accredited or has an Officials Licence, the Status Check will last for three years providing the individual renews their Accreditation/Officials Licence on time every year.

For others (such as Welfare Officers), a DBS which has been approved through the Status Check form will always last for three years.
