If your ticket QR codes aren’t appearing in the LTA Courtside app, here are a few steps you can try: 

• Make sure you are logged in to the correct account. You will need to be logged in to an LTA Advantage account with the same email address that you used when buying your tickets. 

• If your tickets have been transferred, make sure they have been transferred to the correct email address. This address will also need to be the same for your LTA Advantage account in the app. 

• Your QR codes may not have been released yet. The scannable QR codes for your tickets will show in your app 48 hours before the event. 

• Make sure you have the latest LTA Courtside app downloaded rather than older versions of the app.
