Like many other tournaments across the grass court season, the WTA and ATP Challenger event in Nottingham will attract some of the best British talent.

Headlining the women’s draw is British No.1 and defending champion Katie Boulter, whose triumph at her local tournament last year marked the beginning of an incredible 12 months. After clinching her maiden WTA tour-level title in Nottingham, Boulter went on to become the 23rd woman to be hailed British No.1, break into the world’s top 30 for the first time in her career and picked up her biggest crown to date at the WTA 500 event in San Diego.

She’ll be joined by Emma Raducanu in the main draw, who is set to return to Nottingham for the first time since 2022. The 2021 US Open champion was forced to sit out of last year’s British summer swing due to injury but will be hoping to make a statement return to grass court action.

Meanwhile in the ATP Challenger draw, two-time Rothesay Open Nottingham titleholder Dan Evans will be looking to complete his hat-trick. Evans claimed victory in 2022 and 2019 and will be looking to clinch his first title of the year on home soil.

Joining him in the main draw will be British No.1 and wild card Cam Norrie. The former Wimbledon semi-finalist and cinch Championships runner-up will be a force to be reckoned with and should enter as the top-ranked player this year.

More Brits could still be in contention, with qualifying draws and more wild card entrants yet to be announced.
