Accessibility
We want to ensure that the Lexus Nottingham Open is as welcoming, inclusive and accessible as possible, working within the restrictions of a temporary outdoor venue. If you'd like to see additional facilities at the tournament, or if you have any other personal requirements, please let us know below:
Blue badge parking must be pre-booked through the ticketing website. Spaces are located at the front of the Lexus Nottingham Tennis Centre and have easy access to the main entrance.
Check out our travel & parking page below for advice on travelling to the tournament.
We have accessible toilets. Please ask a member of staff for directions on arrival.
No dogs are allowed in the venue, except for certified assistance dogs. Certified assistance dogs are only allowed in the wheelchair accessible areas on Centre Court.
Individuals wishing to access Centre Court with their assistance dog must buy a ticket for the wheelchair accessible seating area.
Accessible catering facilities are located in the grass areas either side of the South Stand seating structure of Centre Court.
Thanks to our partners at BRITA, there are accessible water refill points all around the grounds.
Head to the food & drink section for information on what will be available:
As part of our vision of ‘Tennis Opened Up’, we want everyone to feel included at our major events. Sensory bags will be available on-site for collection from our tournament information point.
Each sensory bag contains ear defenders, ear plugs, sunglasses and fidget toys, as pictured. Spectators who would like to use a sensory bag will be required to sign it out from the information point, and then sign it back in upon return.
Information point staff will be on hand to assist with this collection process.
If you require a wheelchair space with an essential companion seat or an ease of access seat with an essential companion, we recommend to book this through the ‘Select the Best Seat automatically’ option rather than through the Map View.
Through this method, your companion seat will be added automatically when a wheelchair ticket is selected, in case of ease of access ticket please add the essential companion from the drop-down menu if required.
If you would prefer to choose your wheelchair space or an ease of access seat via the seat map view, please make sure you manually select a companion seat in addition to your wheelchair or ease of access seat and use the dropdown menu to change the tariff of the companion seat to be ‘Essential Companion’
