If you require a wheelchair space with an essential companion seat or an ease of access seat with an essential companion, we recommend to book this through the ‘Select the Best Seat automatically’ option rather than through the Map View.
Through this method, your companion seat will be added automatically when a wheelchair ticket is selected, in case of ease of access ticket, please add the essential companion from the drop-down menu if required.
If you would prefer to choose your wheelchair space or an ease of access seat via the seat map view, please make sure you manually select a companion seat in addition to your wheelchair or ease of access seat and use the dropdown menu to change the tariff of the companion seat to be ‘Essential Companion’.
