HSBC Championships 2026: Eight of the world's top 20 WTA stars heading for The Queen's Club

• 2 minute read

We have confirmed the entry list for the WTA 500 event at this year’s HSBC Championships, with eight of the world’s top 20 set to feature at The Queen’s Club from 8 June.

World No.5 Jessica Pegula and 2025 HSBC Championships and Wimbledon runner-up Amanda Anisimova, are the top two seeds for the main draw.

Fellow WTA top 10 player Victoria Mboko leads the chasing pack, alongside newly crowned WTA 1000 Madrid Open champion Marta Kostyuk and Tokyo 2020 Olympic Gold medallist Belinda Bencic.

British No.1 Emma Raducanu will also seek to build on her performance last summer, where she reached the quarter-finals before losing out to China’s Qinwen Zheng -who is set to return this summer as well.

Elsewhere, Linda Noskova, Diana Shnaider, Leylah Fernandez, Anna Kalinskaya and Hailey Baptiste are also included on the line-up.

Last year, the Queen’s Club played host to a women’s event for the first time since 1973.

Germany’s Tatjana Maria delivered a fairytale run fitting for such a landmark event, coming through qualifying and defeating four top-15 players to become the oldest WTA 500 champion.

Laura Robson, Tournament Director of the WTA 500 event at the HSBC Championships, said, “After such a memorable return to the Queen’s Club for women’s tennis last summer, we can’t wait for what is sure to be another spectacular show this year.

"Fans are in for a treat with the mixture of young, exciting breakthrough stars and some of the very top players in the world – and it’s a great endorsement for the tournament that these players all want to be part of an iconic event. Don’t miss out on your chance to be there!”

Limited tickets are available for this year's HSBC Championships, with grounds admission tickets starting from £15 and Centre Court tickets from £20 for the WTA week.
