World No.2 and six-time Grand Slam champion Alcaraz will star at the HSBC Championships for the fourth time in his career having won titles in 2023 and 2025.
This year, the 22-year-old defeated Jiri Lehecka in this year’s final 7-5, 6-7(5), 6-2 to get his hands on the title and equal Rafael Nadal and Feliciano Lopez for the most grass court titles won by a Spanish player (four).
Coming back as the defending champion is going to be a challenge against these top players, but I'm excited to go out there and fight to lift the trophy again.
“The HSBC Championships is a very special tournament for me and one I look forward to every year,” Alcaraz said.
“This year was incredible to come back and win the title for a second time in front of the amazing crowds in London - I couldn't have asked for a better week.
“Coming back as the defending champion is going to be a challenge against these top players, but I'm excited to go out there and fight to lift the trophy again.”
Alcaraz has enjoyed the best season of his career to date, winning eight ATP titles – including two Grand Slams and three ATP Masters 1000 trophies. He’s won 67 matches already this season and lost just seven times.
His win over Jannik Sinner in the French Open final was widely regarded as one of the best Grand Slam matches in recent memory – with the Spanish star coming back from two sets down and saving three championship points to seal the victory.
Anisimova has been one of the stars of the 2025 season rising to No.4 in the WTA world rankings off the back of a breakthrough year.
The American star won the Qatar Open WTA 1000 at the start of the year, before fighting her way to the final of the HSBC Championships – the first women’s event at The Queen’s Club in 52 years.
Anisimova defeated Jodie Burrage, Sonay Kartal, third seed Emma Navarro and top seed Qinwen Zheng on her way to the final before finishing runner-up to Tatjana Maria.
This sparked an incredible run for the 24-year-old, who went on to reach her first Grand Slam final at Wimbledon before going on to make the final of the US Open as well.
More recently, she clinched a second WTA 1000 title of the season at the China Open in Beijing and is set to compete at the WTA Finals in Riyadh.
Get set for glory this summer and watch Alcaraz and Anisimova live at the HSBC Championships from the 6-21 June 2026.
