LTA Connect
LTA Connect enables third-party competition platforms to integrate with the LTA so that match results can contribute to a player's World Tennis Number, helping to create a more complete and accurate player rating system.

Start your integration
We’re glad to hear you share our vision for embedding a culture of competition in tennis and padel across Britain. Clubs and competition providers can both start your integration using the steps listed below:
Step 1 - Register your interest
If you are a club, get in touch with your competition provider to see if this is on the roadmap.
If you are a competition provider, complete the registration form below to begin the integration process.
Step 2: LTA review your application
The LTA will review all applications to integrate with LTA Connect and will arrange an introductory call to discuss the next steps.
Step 3: Review the documentation
Read over the documentation and make sure you understand what's necessary. Review the three integrations we provide to support your competition platforms:
- LTA single sign on which can either be used as a management system or to connect a LTA use to the platform providing with the right information to submit data
- Get the ability to synchronize the player WTN after it updates each week
- The ability to submit results from competitions to the LTA
Ensure your data is structured as follows:
- Prepare to store LTA numbers in your structure
- Data is structured in a format that works with our API’s
- Your system can support with integrations
Step 4: Develop and test your integration
Using the provided documentation, your technical team will build and test the integration. During this stage:
- You will connect to LTA test environments
- Validate that match data is submitted correctly
- Ensure player identification and WTN updates are working as expected
- The LTA team will provide support and guidance throughout this process
Step 5: Launch your integration for your players
Once testing is complete and approved, your integration can be launched. At this stage your platform will begin submitting live match results, and players will contribute to their WTN.
This means you can promote the integration to your users and venues.
Step 6: See results start to update World Tennis Numbers (WTN)
Following the launch, match results submitted through your platform will contribute to the WTN, and player ratings will update regularly based on submitted results.
Your competitions will then gain increased value and recognition within the LTA ecosystem.
