A tennis leader is someone that is able to support the coach and committee with the day to day running of the tennis venue and tennis programme. This may also include supporting coaches, volunteers and teachers to deliver coaching sessions, holiday clubs, after school clubs, competitions, open days, off-court activities and much more.

You’ll never have to run a session by yourself, but you’ll get the chance to lead some activities and get some valuable experience in coaching.
