You can check your venues safeguarding standards from within your team information section.

In here you can see the status of your Welfare Officer, and this will either be marked as ‘compliant’ or ‘non-compliant’ If your Welfare Officer is non-compliant it will highlight which requirements they are not compliant on.

You can also see your on-court workforce in here and again they will have a status of ‘compliant’ or ‘non-compliant’. For these roles the individual will have access to a role related hub e.g. Coach Hub where they can see which elements they are not compliant on.

Once all safeguarding standards are met by the Welfare Officer or On-court Team their card will automatically update to show they are compliant.
