The LTA send many types of communication to various roles within your venue, but communication regarding venue registration will always be made to those with the 'Main Contact' and 'Chair' roles.

It’s important that those with these roles are opted in to communications so your venue is not missing out on key information. You can ensure that you’re opted in to receive venue volunteer communications by going to your Account Details and selecting to receive LTA communications related to volunteers.
