If your tickets aren’t appearing in the LTA Courtside app, here are a few steps you can try: 

• Make sure you are logged in to an LTA Advantage account in the app that matches the same email address used when you purchased the tickets. 
   

• Check that you received email confirmation for your ticket purchase and notification that your tickets have been released to your app. 

• If your tickets have been transferred, make sure they have been transferred to the correct email address. This address will also need to be the same for your LTA Advantage account in the app. 

• Tickets may not have been released yet. Tickets will appear around a month before the event. 

• Make sure you have the latest LTA Courtside app downloaded rather than older versions of the app.
