We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Level 3 Tennis Coach to join our friendly and motivated team. In this role, you will

•Deliver group tennis coaching sessions at West Worthing Club.
•Coach players of all ages and abilities, from Mini Tennis to Adult coaching.
•Have the opportunity to grow individual coaching hours at West Worthing Club, Homefield Park and Church House Grounds.
•Drive and deliver the Community based Tennis Programmes at Homefield Park and Church House Grounds, Tarring.
•Support and deliver school holiday camps.
•Deliver our schools programme in the surrounding area.
•Assist with event delivery and help to run club nights.
•Promote the club and membership.

West Worthing Tennis & Squash Club is a thriving, welcoming Community Amateur Sports Club offering a wide range of activities for all ages and abilities. We pride ourselves on being a centre of excellence for tennis and squash, while providing an affordable, inclusive, and high-quality environment for everyone to enjoy sport, fitness, and social connection.

Our facilities include:
•7 flood-lit all-weather courts
•3 indoor courts
•12 grass courts
•2 covered padel courts
•6 squash courts
•Plus facilities for table tennis, croquet, snooker and pétanque

In addition, West Worthing Club also have the contract to grow and deliver a community based coaching programme at Homefield Park (6 courts) and Church House Grounds (2 courts)

•LTA tennis coaching qualification (Level 3 but would consider a Level 2 working towards their Level 3 qualification.
•LTA Accredited.
•Experience in mini and junior tennis and/or club coaching.
•Ambition to help grow a community-based tennis programme.
•An interest in coaching Padel.
•Strong team player.
•Strong communication skills and ability to engage with players of all ages.
•Enthusiasm and passion for developing young people through tennis.
•Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
