The role will initially be part-time, with a view to progressing to a full-time position as our programmes continue to grow. Coaching opportunities will be available across multiple venues within approximately 30 minutes of Stone, Staffordshire.

The role includes:

- Delivering high quality junior and adult tennis coaching
- Group sessions, individual lessons and camps
- Working across different clubs, venues and schools.
- Supporting the growth and development of We Coach Tennis
- Creating a fun, welcoming and professional coaching environment

We Coach Tennis is a growing tennis coaching business based in Stone, Staffordshire, delivering high-quality tennis coaching to juniors and adults across a number of local clubs and venues. We run group coaching, individual lessons, camps, match play and performance sessions. We are looking to expand our coaching team and offer a long-term opportunity for the right coach, initially on a part-time basis with a view to progressing to full-time as the business grows.

Person Specification

* LTA Level 2 Tennis Coach or above
* Passionate about tennis and developing players
* Confident coaching both juniors and adults
* Reliable, punctual and professional
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Friendly, enthusiastic and approachable
* Able to work independently and as part of a coaching team
* Willing to travel between venues within approximately 30 minutes of Stone, Staffordshire
* Full driving licence and access to a vehicle desirable
