We’re looking for an ambitious and energetic Pickleball Coach to take ownership of a growing programme and turn it into one of the leading pickleball communities in West London.

This is more than a coaching role — it’s a chance to shape, grow, and lead a full pickleball offering at a well-equipped, high-potential venue. If you’re passionate about the sport and excited by building something meaningful, this is a rare opportunity to make your mark.
What You’ll Be Building
• Beginner Courses – Introducing new players to the sport
• Social Sessions & Group Coaching – Engaging and retaining regular players
• Tournaments, Leagues & Ladders – Creating competition and progression pathways
• A Junior Programme – Inspiring the next generation
• Schools Outreach – Expanding pickleball into local schools
• Community Building – Creating a welcoming, social, and vibrant player base

There is also excellent scope to grow your personal coaching income through private lessons.

The Venue
Based in Chiswick, West London, our outdoor “pay & play” facility features:
• 4 dedicated, floodlit pickleball courts with permanent nets
• 6 additional tennis courts
• A welcoming clubhouse and social space

This is a fantastic setting to grow a thriving pickleball hub in a high-demand area.

About You
• Level 2 Pickleball Coach (Level 1 with strong experience considered)
• Passionate about growing the game and building a community
• Confident running sessions for all ages and abilities
• Organised, proactive, and full of initiative
• Comfortable leading programmes, events, and outreach activity
