We're looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic tennis coach to join our vibrant team at Gidea Park LTC , with additional coaching opportunities at Raphael Park Tennis Courts. The role covers junior and adult coaching, including both individual lessons and squad sessions.

You'll be working alongside an experienced coaching team and a knowledgeable Head Coach who provides ongoing mentoring and support.
We can offer 20+ hours per week to start, with room to grow, and the role requires flexibility to work varied hours across both venues.

Minimum qualification: LTA Instructor (Level 2), or working towards this qualification.

Gidea Park LTC is regarded as one of the strongest clubs in Essex — a 7-court club (3 acrylic, 4 floodlit astro) with over 500 members active in coaching, teams, social tennis and social events.
We have a performance link with the LTA Enhanced Centre Compete Tennis, offering a pathway into an LTA Performance Centre for our top players.

LTA (Level 2) or above, or working towards this qualification

Enthusiastic, outgoing and personable manner with players of all ages

Experience coaching juniors and adults (individual and group/squad sessions)

Flexible and willing to work varied hours, including evenings/weekends, across two venues

Team player, comfortable working within an experienced coaching staff

Good communication skills and a proactive, community-minded approach
