The theme of this year’s Conference is ‘Elevating Every Match: Building a Positive Competition Experience Together’. As a team of Officials, you all play a vital role in making every Tennis and Padel competition a great experience for players, parents and yourselves.
Through inspiring keynote speakers, engaging workshops, and giving you the time to build relationships with other Officials, the Conference will support you to be the best that you can be in any and all officiating roles that you hold.
The Conference timetable is subject to change but is anticipated to be:
Day 1 - 10am-3pm
· LTA Welcome and Conference introduction
· Keynote speaker Professor Chris Harwood – Empathetic listening, supporting players and parents with excellent communication
· Workshops covering Technology in Tennis, Competition Organising for Tennis Padel and a session for on-court Officials
· The 2026 ABTO AGM will follow the Conference for those Licensed Officials with ABTO Membership
Day 2 - 10am - 4.30pm

· Keynote speaker James Keothavong MBE - speaking of his journey through officiating to a worldclass chair umpire
