Junior National Tennis Championships 2018: Discover the trophy winners in Bournemouth and Nottingham

• 1 MINUTE READ

From Monday 20 to Saturday 25 August, Britain’s young stars rallied together for the Junior National Tennis Championships.

Recognised as the pinnacle of the summer domestic calendar, the tournament was split across two venues; the West Hants Club in Dorset and Nottingham Tennis Centre.

The West Hants Club played host to the 12&U events, whilst Nottingham Tennis Centre welcomed players competing in the oldest age groups; 14&U, 16&U and 18&U.

Juniors were bidding to join previous champions Andy Murray, Kyle Edmund, Heather Watson and Wimbledon Boys’ Singles finalist Jack Draper on the illustrious Roll of Honour.

Who said what?

Holly Staff, 16&U and 18&U Girls' Singles national champion

"My coach said at the start of the week I should try and take the double title and I laughed thinking no pressure then, but now I realise anything is possible if you work hard enough."

Harry Lazell, 16&U Boys' Singles national champion

"I’m really happy with my week and happy that I was able to justify the wild card opportunity that I was given."
