Accessible Tickets (Wheelchair / Ease of Access)

Wheelchair spaces are available on Centre Court and all have a carer’s seat adjacent.

Wheelchair users will be charged the full price for their ticket (Category 2) and their carer will be free of charge.

Wheelchair and ease of access tickets can be booked over the phone through The Ticket Factory (our ticket partner) disabled bookings line on 0800 640 5001 (open Monday – Friday, 9:00-19:00 and Saturday – Sunday, 9:00-17:00). Free from UK landlines and mobiles.

You can now also register and link your access requirements with your online Ticket Factory account, enabling you to then view and purchase (subject to availability) tournament tickets meeting your requirements online.

The Ticket Factory are partnered with Nimbus Disability, who run the ‘Access Card’. Read more information and register here or over the phone with Nimbus on 0330 808 5108.

Your registration will be processed within 72 hours. If you have an Access Card, you can immediately link it with your Ticket Factory account by logging in and selecting ‘Accessibility’.

  • A Centre Court ticket allows admission into the Grounds and as such, provides a reserved seat on Centre Court. In addition, it entitles ticket holders to the use of unreserved seating and standing room on Courts 1, 2, 3 and 4. 
  • A Grounds Pass allows admission into the Grounds and as such, entitles ticket holders to the use of unreserved seating and standing room on Courts 1, 2, 3 and 4. A Grounds Pass does not allow access into Centre Court where seating is reserved.
  • New for 2020 is a Premium Seating offer which provides the best view of the on-court action with access to upgraded amenities including cushioned seats, tournament programmes and exclusive use of facilities within the grounds to make your tournament experience even more memorable.

Babies & Children Babies & Children addremove

Babes in arms and Children under 5:

  • Children aged under 5 are allowed to enter into the Grounds for free.
  • However, babes in arms and children aged under 5 are not permitted in any grandstand seating.
  • Prams and strollers are not permitted in the grandstand seating and cannot be left unattended. Please note there are no left luggage facilities.

For the purposes of a child’s ticket:

  • A child is anyone not older than 17 years of age on the date they attend the tournament. 
  • And not younger than 5 years of age on the day they attend the tournament.

Adults are those aged 17 and older.

Children aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Each ticket is subject to fees, if bought online or on the phone. The following booking fees will apply: £2 service fee (per ticket); £1.50 admin fee for e-tickets (per transaction); £3.50 admin fee for hard copy tickets (per transaction).

No fees will be applied if cash or card purchases are made in person at the box office on the given day.

Hard copy tickets will be posted to the given postal address no later than 7 working days before the event.
