GB seniors teams win medals in Florida

The 2025 ITF World Tennis Masters Tour team championships for age groups 60-70 took place in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida 11-16 May.

All British teams performed with great credit and consistency. Many congratulations on their bronze medals to the women’s 65s team - Anne Clark, Christine French (Captain), Gillian Brook and Sue Bartlett. They won their third place play off against France.

The men’s 70s team - Paul French, David Robbins Tien, Martin Cornish (Capt) and Jasper Cooper - also excelled, finishing with a bronze medal. They were victorious in their third place play off, also against France.

The finishing positions of all GB teams:

  • Women’s 60s - 4th
  • Women’s 65s - 3rd
  • Women’s 70s - 4th
  • Men’s 60 - 11th
  • Men’s 65s - 6th
  • Men’s 70s - 3rd
