WORK PLACEMENTS

The LTA offer various Work Placement opportunities, inclusive of work experience, take your child to work day, university placements and internships. 

These opportunities provide a valuable bridge between education and employment for individuals, offering experiences that shape both personal and professional development, inclusive of skill development, improved employability, increased confidence and potential future job offers, which some of our university placements have had successful experience of thus far.

Work experience and take your child to work day programmes are a benefit to our LTA colleagues and will be reviewed and agreed by our Recruitment & Onboarding team. We are proactively working with local Schools and Colleges to create opportunities to those from an under-represented background or with a disability.
