There is an overlap of general coaching principles, processes and methodology in the SPC and SC courses. The SPC and SC syllabi are designed to train two different career routes in tennis and therefore the entry and playing requirements, module content and assessment criteria reflect this.

As a result, currently Senior Coach coaches cannot passport across to the SPC route without applying for the course in its entirety.
