Once you have logged into the website, to update your personal details follow the below sequence:

1. Profile icon (top right on the website)
2. Settings (on drop down)
3. Personal details
4. About you
5. View and update your personal information - Name, Gender, Email Address, Mobile number, Diversity and Inclusion Information 
   

Once your LTA account has been created, the date of birth may only be changed on request to the customer support team. Please provide a valid form of ID, i.e. passport to allow the customer support team to update your date of birth for you.
