Tennis Coach
Westside LTC is looking for an enthusiastic and qualified tennis coach (Level 2 or Level 3) to join our team on a part-time or full time basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality group coaching sessions and individual lessons to players of all ages and abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging tennis coaching sessions for juniors and adults
- Be part of a coaching team
- Support players in developing their technical and tactical skills
- Assist with club programmes, holiday camps
- Maintain a safe and inclusive coaching environment
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and club management

We pride ourselves on our inclusivity, catering for a wide range of standards. We offer an extensive range of tennis activities for both adults and juniors.
We are a community tennis club run by its members and led by a committee made up of member volunteers.
Our facilities include:
A large clubhouse with changing facilities
12 outdoor courts (11 floodlit). Floodlights are free to use for members, and we have a facility to enable members to switch on the lights themselves, even if the clubhouse is closed.

Bar and Café with freshly made food and cakes
Outdoor seating space to watch the tennis and enjoy the sun
Two large screen TVs showing Sky Sports, BT Sport, Amazon Prime and Eurosport, covering all of the channels that currently show tennis.

The Courts
All of our courts are well maintained, cleaned and re-surfaced at regular intervals to ensure that they are in excellent condition:
4 Poraflex Hard Courts
8 Artificial Clay Courts
1 Porous Macadam Practice Mini Court
LTA Level 2 or Level 3 Accredited/Accredited+
Confident leading junior groups (ages 4–16)
Reliable, organised, and comfortable managing busy sessions
Strong communication skills with children and parents
Positive, friendly, and professional coaching manner
Ability to work independently and as part of a coaching team
Current DBS, First Aid, and Safeguarding certificates
Willingness to take on additional hours as the programme expands
