U10 Performance Tennis Lead
This role is responsible for leading and delivering the U10 performance pathway element of the junior tennis programme at the University, with specific focus on the partnership with the LTA and it’s nationally funded 10&U performance pathway. The postholder will transition Tennis Players from a community-focused model to a performance-driven environment, developing players capable of progressing to County, Regional Player Development Centres (RPDCs), and National level pathways. The postholder will support the Head of Development Tennis in shaping the future of the programme by identifying strengths, areas of potential development and new opportunities to accelerate talented players through a clearly defined performance
