Approximately 15 hours of development group coaching running for 47 weeks of the year. In addition to these term time squads, the role would encompass holiday activity opportunities for all ages and would be able to deliver private lessons with our players.

Bromley Tennis Centre is operated by Virtus Leisure Management Ltd. It is a Community Indoor Tennis Centre CITC, and was awarded Regional Player Development Centre status.. We are a Coach Development Centre and a Regional Disability Hub Site. We have 6 permanent indoor acrylic courts, a seasonal bubble over 4 acrylic courts plus a performance gym and studio. There are over 1500 attendances per week by players of all ages and abilities including 700 mini tennis players and 18 RPDC players. The programme is delivered by a team of 13 full time and part-time coaches. We have developed a reputation for being innovative, exciting and we strive to excel in everything we deliver. There is a large amount of training and support for personal development through regular team training, coach workshops and 1-2-1 mentoring.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a passionate coach with great communication skills and a desire to further their learning in a dynamic tennis environment.
