Tennis Coach Wanted – Warwickshire
We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic tennis coach to join us in the Henley-in-Arden area of Warwickshire.
We’re looking for someone who is:
🎾 LTA Level 3 qualified, or
🎾 LTA Level 2 qualified and actively working towards Level 3
The role would initially be for 1–2 days per week, with the opportunity to build up more hours and progress within the programme if you’re looking for additional coaching work.
There’s flexibility around the days worked, and we’re keen to find someone who is enthusiastic about coaching and developing players of different ages and abilities.
What we’re looking for:
* LTA Level 3 coach, or Level 2 working towards Level 3
* Based in or able to travel to the Henley-in-Arden / Warwickshire area
* Reliable, enthusiastic and passionate about tennis
* Confident coaching juniors and adults
* Someone looking for a regular coaching commitment with the potential to grow their hours

CZ Sports is an established tennis coaching organisation that has been delivering high-quality tennis coaching in Warwickshire for over 15 years.
We run the tennis coaching programmes at both Henley-in-Arden Tennis Club and Claverdon Tennis Club, providing coaching opportunities for players of all ages and abilities.
Our programmes currently have over 200 children and more than 100 adults taking part in weekly coaching, creating a busy, friendly and thriving tennis community.
We are passionate about developing players, growing participation and making tennis enjoyable and accessible for everyone. Our coaching programme offers a wide variety of sessions, from Mini Tennis and junior development through to adult coaching and more advanced players.
We are now looking to expand our coaching team and are seeking an enthusiastic coach who would like to become part of an established programme, with the opportunity to build their hours and develop their coaching career with CZ Sports.
We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable tennis coach who is passionate about developing players and creating an enjoyable coaching environment.
Essential:
* LTA Level 3 qualified, or Level 2 actively working towards Level 3
* Confident coaching children and adults across a range of abilities
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Reliable, organised and professional
* Passionate about tennis and player development
* Able to work independently and take responsibility for their sessions
* Based in or able to travel to the Henley-in-Arden / Warwickshire area
Desirable:
* Experience working with Mini Tennis / junior groups
* Experience delivering adult coaching
* An interest in developing a long-term coaching role
* Someone who is keen to grow their hours and become an integral part of the programme

Someone who is energetic, approachable and enthusiastic, who enjoys working with players of all ages and wants the opportunity to build a regular coaching schedule with the potential for more hours over time.
