We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join us as a 'Junior Tennis Professional' at David Lloyd Basildon.

This is a 20-hour contract combining on-court coaching with off-court administration, giving you the opportunity to take ownership of and develop our junior tennis program.

There is also the opportunity to coach private clients, with the flexibility to set your own private coaching rate.

Our racquets facilities include:

5 indoor tennis courts
2 outdoor tennis courts, which are covered by bubble courts during the winter months
2 indoor padel courts
3 outdoor padel courts
2 badminton courts
1 pickleball court

Person Specification

- LTA-qualified tennis coach with relevant coaching experience
- Passionate about working with children and developing junior players
- Confident delivering engaging and high-quality junior tennis sessions
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Organised and able to manage both coaching and administrative responsibilities
- Ability to build strong relationships and create an enjoyable environment for junior members
