Successful applicants will be involved in delivering high‑quality tennis provision across a broad programme, including:

Junior group coaching programmes
Adult group sessions and coaching courses
Social tennis club
Private Individual lessons
Holiday camps and competitions

Coaches will be expected to deliver engaging, safe, and well‑structured sessions that support player development while upholding the Club’s excellent member experience.

Part of Iconic Hotels & Resorts, The Lensbury is located on the banks of the River Thames at Teddington and is home to an exclusive leisure club, a 155-bedroom hotel, meeting and events space, restaurant and bar, Spa and 25 acres of gardens and grounds.

Our Racquets facilities include multiple tennis surfaces (4 clay, 3 grass, 4 artificial grass, 8 floodlit macadam, 3 floodlit mini and 2 mini red artificial grass courts), alongside 2 full-sized squash courts, 3 Pickleball courts and 2 new Padel courts.

We are seeking coaches who:

Hold LTA Level 2, 3 or 4 Coach Accreditation
Are registered and insured as self‑employed
Possess strong communication and organisational skills
Are reliable, professional, and enthusiastic
Are passionate about tennis and player development
Are confident working with players of different ages and abilities
Hold a valid DBS check and relevant safeguarding certification
Are first aid trained
