| your role is to deliver fantastic junior tennis classes that are engaging, encouraging the children to be open to learning skills, understanding failures are allowed in the teaching, getting the best out of every child on every occasion, be willing to go that extra mile to engage with parents around the club to join the tennis program, you will be a major part of the team who is happy to lead and assist where possible, also working with adult sessions is an addition to the role, |
David Lloyd Harlow is a brand new facility with over 6000 members playing many racquet sports from tennis, padel, pickleball and badminton, events galore on the racquets timetable, a state of the art facility with gym, spa and clubroom, a comp membership to use the club whenever necessary, no restrictions, be a major part of the racquets team with the opportunity to be involved in all the racquet sports where possible, free parking and uniform provided,
the person needs to have the passion for teaching children, up to date understanding of lesson structure and an encouraging attitude, dedicated to seeing there sessions grow in numbers, offering positive feedback to parents at all times, being a key figure around the club and engaging with the team and members, willing to learn from others and implementing new ideas along with taking constructive feedback,
