Summer Camp Coach - Hampshire/Bershire/Wiltshire
This is a seasonal, part-time role delivering National Tennis holiday camps across our Hampshire and nearby venues this summer. Our camps are junior-focused, multi-day sessions during the school holidays, full of fun, games and great tennis for children of all abilities.
We are looking for energetic, reliable coaches to deliver an engaging and safe camp experience. This is a great opportunity to gain experience across multiple sites, and for the right people it can lead to ongoing coaching work within our wider programme.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver fun, high-energy tennis camp sessions for juniors during the school holidays.
• Create a safe, inclusive and enjoyable environment for children of all abilities.
• Support lead coaches and assist with the smooth running of each camp day.
• Engage positively with parents and participants.
Hours & Compensation:
• Seasonal, part-time hours across the summer holidays, with flexibility around your
availability.
• £16–£20 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
• Both employed and self-employed arrangements are available.
• Opportunity to take on further coaching work within our wider programme.

The successful applicant will be an LTA Level 1 Accredited coach or above. We are looking
for someone who can demonstrate:
On-Court:
• The ability to deliver fun, engaging and well-organised sessions for groups of juniors
with a range of abilities.
• Commitment to the safety and welfare of all participants, adhering to safeguarding
policies and promoting a positive, inclusive environment.
General Skills and Qualities:
• Energy, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for working with children.
• A strong customer service ethos and a friendly, approachable manner with parents
and participants.
• Reliability and the ability to work both on your own initiative and as part of a team.
• A willingness to learn and develop as a coach.
