You are a motivated coach who loves being on court, enjoys working with players, and is passionate about helping others improve. You take pride in delivering engaging sessions, creating a positive environment, and continuing to develop your own coaching skills.

What you'll be doing:
Delivering high-quality private, group, and pathway coaching programs
Coaching players of all ages and skill levels
Creating engaging and positive learning environments
Supporting player development and progression
Building strong relationships with players, parents, and the wider tennis community
Assisting with programs, competitions, events, and holiday activities
Working collaboratively with the Voyager Tennis coaching team

What we're looking for:
Club Professional - Coach accreditation
Minimum of 3 years’ full-time coaching experience (38+ hours per week)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, organised, and professional approach
Passion for player development and delivering great coaching experiences
Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive coaching team
Experience delivering group programs or workshops is highly regarded
