We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Tennis Coach to deliver high-quality coaching within a thriving members’ club environment. This role focuses on developing players of all ages and abilities, building strong relationships with members, and contributing to a vibrant and inclusive tennis programme aligned with the club’s ambitions.

Lansdown Tennis Club is a well-established members’ club in Bath, with over 1,000 members, 11 courts, and a newly refurbished clubhouse. The club offers a welcoming and social atmosphere alongside a strong and growing tennis programme.

With the launch of a new coaching programme, this is an exciting opportunity to join the club at a pivotal moment in its development. The wider vision is to boost member engagement, broaden participation, and drive both the club and its players into an exciting new chapter.

Coaching Delivery:-
Plan and deliver engaging group and individual coaching sessions for both juniors and adults
Support player development pathways from beginner to performance level
Deliver structured coaching programmes in line with Lansdown Tennis Club’s coaching philosophy

Member Engagement:-
Build positive relationships with members and parents
Promote coaching opportunities and encourage wider participation within the club
Act as a positive ambassador for Lansdown Tennis Club

Team Contribution:-
Collaborate with fellow coaches to ensure consistency and quality across all sessions
Maintain a high standard of professionalism both on and off court

Person Specification:-
We are looking for a motivated and personable coach with a passion for delivering high-quality tennis within a members’ club environment.
Qualifications & Experience

Minimum LTA Level 2 Accredited Coach (essential)
LTA Level 3 or 4 Coach (preferred)
Part time or full time
Current LTA Accreditation (including DBS, safeguarding, and first aid)
Experience working within a club environment (desirable)
