Key Responsibilities:
Drive, and deliver junior coaching programs (Hot Shots, junior squads, and talent development) to increase player retention and skill progression.
Conduct high-energy group squads, performance sessions and private lessons.
Lead by example on court, and maintain VTA's high standards.
Maintain strong, professional relationships with players, parents, and team members.

What We Are Looking For:
Qualifications: Tennis Australia Club Professional Coach accreditation (or LTA Level 3 or higher).
Become a Tennis Australia Coach Member, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, and current First Aid & CPR certification.
A genuine love for the game, player development, and creating a fun, welcoming community culture.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with young players, parents, and management.
Availability to work flexible hours, including peak weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends.
