We are looking for a passionate engaging Padel coach to run up to 15 hrs. a week of tasters, socials and beginner socials, along with monthly events, DL Harlow already has a thriving padel community and the individual will be part of the racquets team, any tennis/pickleball instructor qualifications a bonus,

David Lloyd Harlow has over 6000 members and boasts some of the best facilities in the UK, newly opened in December 2025 we have 3 padel courts, 3 tennis courts indoors, sports hall for pickleball and badminton, state of the art gym, spa retreat, indoor/outdoor pools, saunas and steams, club room and patio areas, soft plays in and out for children,

we are interested to meet passionate, engaging individuals that know the Padel industry inside out, maybe has played at a high level and can demonstrate the wide range of strokes and terminologies required,
loves to get involved in the events run on a monthly basis, encourages all standards to participate and learn through playing,
experience in working in a high demand facility and dealing with a Padel community eager to play and learn, any other racquets qualifications a bonus,
